As a leading Ayurveda and mental health practitioner and counselor with a background in Osteopathy, I currently support women in perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Drawing from my personal experience with midlife transition and professional expertise, I integrate Ayurveda, yoga, mindfulness, and mental health tools to help women ease symptoms such as mood swings, hot flashes, sleep disruptions, weight gain and more without imposing strict rules. My approach emphasizes natural and holistic methods, including Ayurvedic practices, herbal remedies, lifestyle, dietary adjustments, and yoga and mindfulness practices. I also incorporate mental health tools such as acceptance commitment therapy, positive psychology, shadow work, inner child work and others to address mental and emotional well-being and self-leadership.
I’ve been walking this path myself. When I entered midlife transition, it felt like stepping into a field of unknown, a swirling fog and a rough storm. I only knew little about what to expect or how to prepare. My body whispered—and sometimes shouted—with changes I didn’t fully understand: dry skin, mood swings, sleep disruptions, grief, stiffness in the body, frozen shoulder, and some waves of hot flashes. And when I looked for help, I found a sea of advice—try this diet, take these supplements, replace your hormones, and so forth. It all felt overwhelming and disconnected from what I truly needed.
It was Ayurveda, Yoga, Mindfulness and Mental Health tools that helped me find my footing.

We meet via Zoom for up to 90 minutes each time and you decide whether you would like to meet weekly, bi-weekly or once a month. After each session you'll get a recommendation summary and list. Each session includes a personalized assessment of your symptoms, imbalances, and lifestyle. I provide tailored recommendations such as dietary adjustments, practices to soothe and calm the nervous system, like meditation, mindfulness or breathing/pranayama, and herbal remedies to support hormonal balance. Mental health coaching/counseling focuses on exploring your new identity, digesting life thoughts and experiences, processing emotions, and building emotional resilience and self-compassion during this transition.

You'll be held accountable and committed via regular check-ins. You can ask questions any time and reach out when you feel stuck or need help. And, of course, this is also a space to celebrate you and your process.
