As a leading Ayurveda and mental health counselor, practitioner and coach with a background in Osteopathy, I currently support women in perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Drawing from my personal experience with midlife transitions and professional expertise, I integrate Ayurveda, yoga, mindfulness, and mental health tools to help women ease symptoms such as mood swings, hot flashes, sleep disruptions, weight gain and more without imposing strict rules. I’ve been walking this path myself. When I entered midlife transition, it felt like stepping into a field of unknown, a swirling fog and a rough storm. I only knew little about what to expect or how to prepare. My body whispered—and sometimes shouted—with changes I didn’t fully understand: dry skin, mood swings, sleep disruptions, grief, stiffness in the body, frozen shoulder, and some waves of hot flashes.
